LGBT Health Week

2019

#Excellence_without_Discrimination

The slogan of the year “إمتياز بلا تمييز” [imtiyaz-bila-tamyeez] or “Excellence without Discrimination”, emphasizes the importance of providing excellent affirmative quality care in all health care institutions without any form of discrimination and regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender identity. All practitioners strive to provide the highest quality care within the scope of a professional setting. So, this year’s LGBT Health Week brings forth the concept of providing such care across the life span of patients, taking into account their sexual orientations and gender identities.

This year’s activities start from March 12, 2019 until March 17, 2019.
